This property was incredible in soo many different ways! We read the past reviews and when visiting you can clerly see that they are improving in every way possible. This resort is developing, I think they will continue to grow and add awesome amenities... In 3 years this resort will be hard to beat. We are excited to go back and see what else they have for us!

The air conditioning was horrible we couldn’t sleep of all the Noise was making. Also the gardening people blowing their machines so early they told us dial 0 if u need Shuttle or any thing a lot times they didn’t answer and shuttles where not available. Would I come back hmm maybe food was good service by the beach excellent. But on the other locations the servers where not that nice even in front desk. The drivers to the beach the big vans where excellent too.

Good property , good food by the pool. Tepenyaki restaurant was great , buffet was great for breakfast but mediocre for dinner. Only issue we had is the people staying in the room next door had a crying kid every night. Very annoying when you are on vacation. I believe they should make one of the buildings adults only. Overall enjoyed the hotel and staff.

Slightly off beach but has a short shuttle to beach club. Very limited dining. Quiet, calm, beautiful grounds. No night life.

We really enjoyed our stay, we loved our room. Staff did their best to manage any issues we had. Food was decent. Pools were amazing. Sometimes we would have a small pool to ourselves, which was great. Options for time alone, opportunities to socialize. Very quiet and easy to get around. So much potential, some minor repairs/maintenance are in order. We liked watching the outdoor movie in the evening, my son loved playing with the kids. Very family friendly. We met lots of nice people. Do not run out/forget sunscreen. We ran out and were incredibly overcharged for a much needed necessity. That was disappointing. If you have reasonable expectations and not looking for anything fancy, it will check the boxes. Thanks to the staff and resort for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful time at the Delta. The Resort is beautiful the staff always friendly and happy to help. There seems to be issues w/the water (as in there were 3 occasions we did not have any) The staff worked on the problem and ensured each time it was fixed asap. The town of La Cruz seems like Sayulita was 25 years ago... not much happening but there is potential. (Sayulita is soooo over populated now, it is very sad.) We would for sure come back to the Delta and look forward to seeing La Cruz develop the town in a great way.

Positives: The taco truck and enchiladas are amazing, the lunch menu food is awesome. The beach club food and drinks were very good (props Manuel was a wizard behind the bar and great company). The lobby bar tender was also great as he was on top of everything regardless of how busy he was. The resort was beautiful, with plenty of pools and shade. The 5th floor pool was lovely, but sometimes hard to find an attendant (except Suzanne, she was always attentive if she was at the pool). The Japanese dinner was fun. We had a few issues with the room, we had no cleaning service for roughly 3 days so ran out of towels and the water bottles were piling up. We had asked the front desk on the 3rd day to get service but still wasn't completed even though we spent from 8:30am to 6pm out of the room. We had a faucet loose and leaking(which we reported and was fixed), the rain shower head doesn't work out of several of the outlets(close to half), we had a spider nest inside our patio door channel, water in the shower would turn scolding hot at intervals while using the shower and the shower floor isn't actually sloped to the drain so you have standing water in the shower basin. Over all it's a very nice resort but some of the and maintenance aspects (see above) and cleanliness of the rooms (e.g. walls in bathroom were noticeably dirty) have been overlooked in our opinion.

Our stay was quiet and peaceful. The resort is not large like most. We never had issues getting a pool chair and there appeared to be lots of staff around at all times. The food wasn’t 5 star but we never went hungry. The evening taco truck was excellent. The resort appeared as the photos shown; no disappointment there. Staff were always friendly and willing to help/wait on you. Joel at the snack bar/pool was great, 5 stars for him! The beach was okay - if you’re willing to venture off the resort I highly recommend checking out sayulita As the beach was much more appealing! The pools could be a little cooler pending time of year as mid April and 30 degree temps made for the pools to not be as refreshing. Would recommend staying here to others based on the price and location!
