Private beach, vendors are respectful, beach staff helpful. Cab ride to romantic zone is 5-7 min. Restaurant staff is always willing to modify menu changes. All the other areas are well staffed and attentive to your needs. We have been guests at the Hyatt since they opened. The new general manager whom we met is passionate about maintaining and upgrading the property. He is always walking the property from morning till evening, taking notes and pictures. special mention to all the restaurant teams, Martine, Cesar, Delia, Susanna, Hector. Overall the food at all restaurants was very good.

The property was beautiful with so many pools and things to do. For me, I like to go shopping to the little stores in the city. Unfortunately, this is not available while vacationing in a resort. The mattress, for me, was a little hard. The food was wonderful with so many options.
