Very manager I dealt with was horrible and unhelpful. We waited 20-30 mins every time we need our vehicle from valet - even though the text stated 5-8 mins. When we inquired we were told they had to go around the block. Total excuse. Waited a hour for fries and when we inquired they said the kitchen was closed. Still trying to figure out why they sold them to us then. The room was no better. Lots of stuff broken. Simple things that they just don’t fix.

This property is in a great location, perfect for walking to the broadway action, Printers Ally is right behind the hotel. Staff was amazing, property was nice and clean. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

Hotel Noelle was a pleasant surprise! We had a beautiful room that was clean and very modern. Was very eco friendly and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable!! We were close enough to Broadway to get there in a few minutes walk but far enough away from the chaos of weekend travelers. I would definitely stay here again when I get to Nashville - which will hopefully be sooner than later!

Great stay! The hotel is amazing lots to do with entertainment nightly! We loved the rooftop bar and the hidden bar! Is walking distance to everything! Would definitely stay here again! The staff was great!

Two out of three mornings the coffee machine on my floor (six) was dysfunctional, and the third only one of the two units would make anything- ristretto. In three days, the housekeeping never brought a second roll of TP. The hotel charged a ridiculous $25 "destination fee" not mentioned when I reserved. Valet parking was more than any large city I have stayed in- $55 per night, and on departure it took almost 25 minutes to get my car. The front desk staff and drugstore staff and bar staff were all capable and a pleasure to work with, but the bar had a very limited selection of rums. I very much liked the soda machine at the coffee station and the availability of a good sized freezer below the ice bin.
